As some of you may have watched the first season of LA Ink, I had the honor of tattooing Matt Skiba, of ALKALINE TRIO and HEAVENS (which by the way, Heavens is one of my new fave bands!) and since then have become dear friends!
A few weeks ago, Matt was tellin’ me about this rad idea for Alkaline Trio’s upcoming music video.. The idea was so cool, that when he asked if I’d be down to be a part of it, I was so stoked!
Anyway, it was SO much fun being able to do all of this with the boys, so I thought I’d share! Here it is!

WOW.
I’m back in Florida for the very first time since I left Miami Ink, over a year ago!
BUT this time, I’m in a way better mind set, especially considering I’ve done a lot of growing up, in the past year alone. I mean, I can’t fuckin’ believe it’s been a whole YEAR since I’ve consumed any kind of alcohol! Honestly, never thought I’d be so happy without it, and don’t plan on goin’ back to those dark, dark days…
Even though I’m still sober, I haven’t quit havin’ a good time, thats for sure! Tomorrow I get to go to the very first day of Crüe Fest, here in Palm Beach, as well of as a few of the tour dates following…. hopefully I’ll see some of you there!
It’s gonna be the first time I’ll get to see Nikki in his element, playing music, not only in Mötley Crüe, but with Sixx A.M. too! SO CRAZY… And I think I’m gonna try and get a tattoo while I’m out here in Florida! Shit! It’s fair to say, IT’S ABOUT TIME I GET TATTOOED, since I spend 8 days a week giving everyone else tattoos! Ha!
