You stole my heart when I wasn’t looking. I turned away for one second….let the door open for just a brief moment…and somehow you stole it.
Can you believe it? Already the end of the year and where did that year go, I have to wonder. Was the past year enjoyable or just more days running into each other to just get through. I hope we all remember not to forget the important one. Yourself, of course. We tend to think of all those around us, the spouse, the kids, family, friends, co-workers. Just please don’t forget about you. Stop and take a deep breath and clear your mind. Not everything has to be done in one day, although I think that it does. Let the dusting hang on a couple days. get your other half to do the dishes and drink that nice cup of tea, cocoa or coffee. Just remember to try and take it easy.
I finally made the time to sit down and upload some of the photos Nikki and I took during our trip to Japan last month. It was my first time there, and I cannot express to you how much fun we had!
Nikki was able to take some time away from the tour and show me a little bit of Japan – all throughout Hiroshima and Tokyo..
Although the language barrier was rough at times, Japan turned out to be one of the funnest trips ever – never a dull moment….
